That’s McSavage entertainment

o’keeffe’s Comedy Club will host the sensationally razor sharp and controversial David McSavage next month when he makes a welcome return to Clonmel.

Described by the Sunday Independent as the best television programme ever made in Ireland, McSavage takes his hit TV show, ‘The Savage Eye’ on the road with ‘The Savage Eye Live’ hitting the Comedy Club on Friday, Feb 17, 2012.

McSavage is one of the brightest and perhaps most controversial talents to emerge on the comedy circuit in recent years. It was his years as a street performer on the streets of Ireland and across Europe where he earned his razor sharp wit and fearless tongue.

He has sold out Vicar Street many times and has had numerous radio and TV appearances, some of which fuelled dozens of complaints from the public.

McSavage’s critically acclaimed ‘The Savage Eye’ is amongst the nominations in the ‘Best Entertainment’ category at this years IFTAs.

The second series was recently shown on RTE and had the biggest viewing figures for a comedy show in its category. Tickets are on sale now for only €10.
