Clancy festival art benefit party

local artists from Carrick-on-Suir and surrounding areas are uniting for a special 2012 5X7 Art Benefit Party, in aid of the annual Clancy Brothers Festival. The idea behind the art initiative is for artists to create a unique and original work of art under that theme of love. On Friday February 10, Brewery Lane Theatre in Carrick on Suir, will become a hive of creativity with all proceeds going in aid of the 2012 Clancy Brothers Festival and the Art Trail programme.

Each 5x7 painting will be available for sale at the Benefit Party with a price tag of just €20! This will be a great opportunity to own an original piece of art created by talented local artists for a mere fraction of their worth. This would make a perfect gift for the art lover in your life just in time for Valentine’s Day!

Adding a layer of fun to this Art Benefit Party the art sale format is a secret, with details to be revealed on the night. The number of paintings for sale will be limited, so to avoid disappointment come early to make a purchase but stay late to meet the artists and enjoy a creative evening.

Tickets for Art Benefit Party are only €5 which will be available on the door and will include an art exhibition, live trad music session, light refreshments and a raffle ticket for exciting door prizes! All proceeds from this fundraising event will benefit the Clancy Festival Art Exhibition Trail Programme 2012.
