				     		     	<description><![CDATA[<!--PSTYLE=WINT Web Intro--><p>The Sunday Spin is on the go again. Sunday last saw the the return of the club&#8217;s Sunday morning cycle. The morning was bright and fresh with over a dozen cyclists setting off on route to Cahir into a strong westerly wind, where they turned left and headed for Ardfinnan. As there were several new faces on the cycle, Declan (club secretary) decided to stop in Ardfinnan for a brief chat on cycling safety and general dos and don&#8217;ts while cycling in a group. Onwards to Goatenbridge chatting and enjoying the fabulous views on offer and ignoring the twinges in the leg muscles, knowing that the pain would be worth it in the end. Left in Goatenbridge, and with the wind to our backs the road felt smooth and inviting as we headed for Newcastle, all feeling like pro&#8217;s. Frank remarked of the calming effect that looking down at the road had on him kilometre after kilometre, pleased that he had come along for the cycle.</p>]]></description>
